Crap, Lacie wants a Kitty, of all things, we don't need pets.

For the love of God, we do not need pets. Pets and little kids do not mix. Lacie's new word is CAT. she loves cats, which i guess is better than dogs, cuz i can't stand dogs.

Anyways, last weekend we went to Uncle Terry's house to find out that they have 2 kittens in their shed. Lacie Loves then as you can see in the below pictures.........

Dear Lacie, PLEASE SLEEP ALL NIGHT

mommy is about to lose her mind.
Lacie has been sleeping all night for months.
until the past 2 nights.
i really miss my bed, and the couch is too hot to sleep on all night.
Last night I did the best I could to keep her awake but she went to sleep before 7.
she could not keep her eyes open. she took a long bath and played but the minute i had her dressed, she zonked out. which was good cuz when she was awake, she was a screaming, crying, whiney mess. NOTHING made her happy.
except sleep.
so, of course, she wakes up at 12:30 last night, bright eyed and bushy tailed, and i had just gone to bed 2 hours before.
so we went to play in the living room until she decided to fall asleep at about 3:30.
she fell asleep on her pillow and blanket on the floor in the living room, so i decided to leave her there and camp out on the couch. it was too hot, Microsuede is very hot to sleep on. i had the fan and A/C going, but not good enough. i got some broken sleep and then of course, Lacie woke up at 6am. BOOOO, i wanted to sleep more, even though i would be late for work. What good am I at work if I am a zombie.
I pray that tonight is better. Thank God for the weekend

this time, we get our own pool and a new bathing suit, and does Lacie get in the pool? NOOOOOOO

so, i decided to buy Lacie a cute $5 blow up pool for the yard and a new bathing suit.
below is the story of how she refused to get in the water.
when we first went outside, i put her in the water, just her feet, and she freaked out.
i dont think the water was too cold, cuz later on, her brother went play in the pool and the water was warm and she still refused to get in.

momma, come with me.

i dont think so........
i like these big cement circles that lead me to momma's new ride.
Mommy, look how afar away i am! (not that far)
time to come back to mommy, too far for me.
there's my mommy
strike a pose in my princess suit
I am soooooooo cute!
let me go check out that pool again
Nope, don't think so, i am gonna sit on the steps with mommy
and maybe walk on the big circles again.

so, in the end, all the effort it took to fill that pool with water using huge bowls from inside (we dont have a hose hookup) she did not get in the water. at least i got some cute pictures.

Lacie's $2.00 swim suit

So on Saturday, we went to a birthday party for Lacie's cousin, Trigg. it was her first time to play in a baby pool! she LOVED it, as you can see in the below pictures. She did not want to get out.

Lacie loves to play with her big brother, Jonathan

but she is kinda lost right now........Jonathan is spending the whole summer at Paw Paw's! she goes looking for him in his room but that's okay, he'll be home to play on friday night!!!

Lacie went for her first visit to see LSU's mascot, Mike the Tiger

here are a few pics for you enjoyment

Biters at Daycare, Lacie must taste sweet!

What the hell is up with these little rugrats biting Lacie. almost every day she comes home with a bite mark. and her teacher told me this morning that she has A biter in the class, not BITERS. hmm. funny how the director of the daycare tried to tell me that Lacie bites too, that they all do. whatever. i mean, i told them if Lacie ever bites a child, i want to know about it. plain and simple. maybe if i bathe her in some Tabasco sauce, the biter wont bite anymore. haha, j/k. the kid has bitten her arms, fingers, her back! how do you get a good bite on your back? whatever.
